Our 38,000 sq ft in house distribution and re-packaging facility, is ideal for re-packing private label & sensitive brands into our own developed and established liveries which we consider to be the most progressive labels within the area that we operate.
This can be achieved through our repacking unit which encompasses can/jar labellers, ink jetters and fully automated shrink wrappers and an L Sealer and tunnel ideal for multi packing.
We have a full time in-house team that can undertake any hand pack procedures and are adaptable to any other projects required.
We have also developed a clean room facility. This encompasses a Flow Wrapper and Hopper with a Check Weigh feed system giving us the capability to pack into bags or boxes. The facility has enabled us to progress into packing cakes, biscuits, tea bags, loose confectionery, cereals and pulses.
Through our latest Sage system we have full product traceability for every individual product we purchase. Our experienced management team, who are well versed in the needs of our industry, have an acute awareness of the repercussions of any product that is sold in a major multiples existing livery.
Goodies International Foods Ltd also offer an in house service of re-working out of date products but full written confirmation is required from you for any best before date extensions.
By utilising excellent contacts throughout Europe which also gives us the facility to dispose of products outside of the UK where required.
We currently work with many of the leading UK and European manufacturers and we have the facilities to cater for every eventuality albeit large or small. Also we have relaunched redundant brands to sell exclusively into the residual market with the volume benefits being considerable.
We consider the service that we have to offer as being somewhat unique in as much that we are possibly the only company within our industry that has invested in their own repack facility and truly enables us to give categoric guarantees that the procedures required will be strictly adhered to.
Within our product portfolio we have also managed to acquire and develop some major brand licences for exclusive sales and distribution through ourselves and we continue to introduce more and more new concepts into the market place.
